What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate partner deadlines for all Frieze Fairs (LA, NY, Seoul and London)
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Production etc.) to plan, schedule and deliver partner deadlines across all Frieze Fairs.
  • Support sales team in managing specific sponsor accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of all contractual benefits
  • Develop sponsorship pitch proposals to support the team in winning new business
  • Support the team to build strong relationships with new and existing partners
  • Represent Frieze in face to face and online meetings with key sponsors and advertisers
  • Liaise with other teams internally at Frieze to plan and execute sponsored spaces at the fair, advertising campaigns and other partner benefits.
  • Prepare post-event reports showing the results of the social media and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure that partner information is up to date and easily accessible for the team
  • Support the team to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Support the team with administrative duties
  • Support in the research and development of partnership clients
  • Manage Commercial Director and Head of Partnerships’ expenses
